We all have some beliefs about ourselves that are actually not true (my personal favourite is “I am not local, I don´t fit in”). Some beliefs come from our childhood, others origin from our life experiences.
It is exactly such deep-rooted beliefs that might stand between “WHERE YOU ARE NOW” and “WHERE YOU WANT TO GO”!
Limiting beliefs help you to stay in your comfort zone and safe, protecting you from fear of failure, but also from fear of succeeding.
The first step to overcome such beliefs is to increase your self-awareness. Ask yourself if what you believe is a fact. As we tend to be deeply blinded by our own beliefs, asking help from an outsider goes a long way too.
One of the best ways to unpower a limiting belief is to turn that belief into POSITIVE AND EMPOWERING belief instead!
